BALTIMORE, Jan. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On January 15, 2026, Adams Natural Resources Fund, Inc. (NYSE: PEO) declared a distribution of $0.49 per share payable February 25, 2026 to shareholders of record on January 26, 2026. The distribution is optionally payable in additional shares of common stock (default) or in cash by specific stockholder election received before 4 p.m. (ET) on February 13, 2026, the valuation date. The issue price for shares will be the lower of the Fund's closing NYSE market price or the Fund's NAV per share on the valuation date.

The total return on the Fund's net asset value for 2025 was 9.4%, with dividends and capital gains reinvested. The comparable figures for the S&P 500 Energy Sector and the S&P 500 Materials Sector were 8.7% and 10.5%, respectively.
