WEST ORANGE, N.J., May 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bel Fuse Inc. (Nasdaq: BELFA and BELFB) (“Bel” or the “Company”), a leading global manufacturer of electronic components, systems and solutions, today announced the pricing of the upsized underwritten offering of 1,500,000 shares of its Class B common stock. The shares of Class B common stock are being sold at an offering price of $266.00 per share. The aggregate gross proceeds to Bel from this offering are expected to be approximately $399.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses.
