(Cboe: CBOE), a leading global markets operator and pioneer in equity and index derivatives, today announced its Board of Directors has authorized the company to repurchase up to an additional $550 million of its outstanding common stock and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.86 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2026. The fourth-quarter 2026 dividend is payable on December 15, 2026, to stockholders of record as of November 30, 2026.
