MENLO PARK, Calif., April 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oruka Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ORKA), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel monoclonal antibody therapeutics for psoriasis and other inflammatory and immunology indications, today announced the pricing of its upsized underwritten public offering of 9,660,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $72.50 per share. The gross proceeds to Oruka from this offering are expected to be approximately $700.4 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses and excluding any exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares. In addition, Oruka has granted the underwriters of the offering an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional 1,449,000 shares of Oruka's common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
